WHAT TO EXPECT
NOTE: Please bring your presentation on thumb drive or bring your own laptop (Preferred) with your presentation on it as we will have all the AV hookups. We will have a Room Manager assigned to every room and they will be your POC after you check in.
The main stage will have two large screens to the left and right of the stage. the stage will be 25′ x 12′ with a podium at the stage left.
There will be a monitor in the front of the front of the stage facing the speaker so they can observe slides/screen content that is presented behind them.
The podium will have a hands-free mic on it, that can be mounted or carried around, we will likely ask keynote speakers to allow us to put a lavaliere mic on them, you are welcome to request one as well.
Speakers can request to NOT have their sessions recorded, if for any reason they do not want their briefing recorded, just let the Room Manager know.
